If you're contacting me for something else, please fill out the form below.  Just so you know, if you send me an e-mail Monday - Thursday, I’ll almost always answer it within 24 hours.  If you send me an e-mail on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, usually I’ll answer by the following Monday evening.  Sometimes though it will take me until Tuesday evening.
